1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "lpbet", "we", "us" — refers to the lpbet platform and the operator managing the website https://lpbet.one.
• "User", "you" — refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the lpbet services.
• "Platform" — refers to the lpbet.one website, the mobile application (if available) and all services provided through it.
• "Account" — refers to a user account registered at lpbet, including all transaction records, fund balances and betting history.
• "Withdrawable Balance" — refers to funds in the account that have met all applicable wagering requirements and can be transferred out.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of rounds or the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the lpbet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained here, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

3. User Eligibility

Use of the lpbet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of use:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration.
• Legally capable of entering into a valid contract under applicable law.
• Not currently prohibited from participating in gambling activities by any relevant authority.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at lpbet. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — is a serious breach of these terms. lpbet reserves the right to close all accounts involved and forfeit any existing balances without compensation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes your full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and email address. lpbet reserves the right to request verification documents at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

4.3 Login Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login details. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. Any activity that occurs in your account is considered your own activity. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our customer service immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Payment Methods

lpbet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent value at the current exchange rate.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

lpbet reserves the right to request full identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect your account. Accounts that have not been fully verified may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

5.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit. lpbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or any account not in the name of the registered user.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

lpbet offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 with an account balance of RM220 — the wagering requirement is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. A deposit of RM1,800 gives a bonus of RM1,000 with a balance of RM2,800 — the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount. This requirement must be met within the specified time period. Different games may contribute at different rates towards the wagering requirement — further details are provided on the respective promotions page.

6.3 VIP Programme

lpbet runs a VIP programme with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0% of net betting value. Players move up tiers based on their activity and loyalty on the platform.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

lpbet uses an advanced detection system to identify bonus abuse, including low-risk betting intended solely to meet wagering requirements. Accounts found to be involved in bonus abuse will be terminated and all bonus funds along with any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Game Results

All game results are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or through licensed live casino providers. Game results are final and cannot be appealed. lpbet does not interfere in game outcomes produced by third-party software.

7.2 Technical Issues

In the event of an internet connection disruption or technical issue during gameplay, lpbet will use server records to determine the state of the game at the time of the disruption. Results recorded on the server are considered valid and final.

7.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the rules of their respective sports. lpbet reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets in the event of a significant error in odds setting, inaccurate information, or unusual circumstances affecting match results.

8. User Conduct

lpbet users are required to comply with the following conduct guidelines at all times:

• Do not use automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access the platform.
• Do not engage in any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Do not share login credentials with any other party or allow others to play using your account.
• Do not use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
• Be polite and respectful towards customer support staff when communicating.
• Report any technical vulnerabilities or errors found to the lpbet team rather than exploiting them.

9. Account Closure

9.1 Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting lpbet customer service via live chat or email at [email protected]. All eligible balances will be returned after the verification process is complete.

9.2 Closure by lpbet

lpbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately without prior notice if:

• The user violates any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• The user is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration.
• There is activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• The account is identified as a duplicate account (multi-accounting).
• The user is suspected of using automation software or artificial intelligence to gain an unauthorised advantage.

10. Limitation of Liability

lpbet provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or technical disruptions at all times.

lpbet will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses caused by service disruptions, the user's internet connection issues, or unsatisfactory game results.

11. Amendments to Terms

lpbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the latest version on this website. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via a notice on the platform or by email.

Continued use of the lpbet platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
